The Grand Dame of Manila has recently launched ‘Bar Bites’ a food concept that aims was to provide access to sexified and Frenchified Filipino Street Food. Conscientiously sourced, expertly produced by a culinary team led by the Executive Chef, Konrad Walter, the Bar Bites menu offers the very best of local street food, served in style.

At PHP 395* per person, the food buffet offerings are aplenty and continuously showcase the very best flavours. Drinks are charged separately. The Manila Hotel Daiquiri is a signature drink of the Sun Deck as it uses a seven-times exclusively distilled (for the hotel) Lambanog as its base instead of the usual rhum; refreshing and perfectly light as a cooler on a summer’s night.

Dining on the Sun Deck is perfect with chairs, bright throw pillows and matching canopies as well as orbit Dedon chairs that make for a cosy, casual al fresco dining experience. We expect the Sun Deck’s picture perfect sunset backdrop, the balmy breeze and hip lounge music to provide a new dining experience to the many city dwellers and in-house guests alike.

There is a loyalty program for the Sun Deck diners and surprise gifts will be received when one reaches certain frequency visits.
