If you’re looking for the true hipster cafe, then watch out for the opening of Libertad Cafe in Makati. It is a no frills espresso bar with the theme “Accessible third-wave.”

They will serve all the standard espresso concoctions plus a few originals like the Espresso con Panna – which is espresso their own yougurt based cream topping.  Sandwiches like pastrami, chorizo, grilled cheese and tuna & crab will also be offered.
